What is the return policy?
Each leather case is handmade with care right here in my workshop. Because they’re custom-made just for you, returns are only accepted on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. But if there’s ever an issue, please reach out I’ll do my best to make it right.
When will I get my order?
Good things take time. Because every leather case is made to order with care and attention to detail, please allow 7–14 business days for us to craft and ship your item. Once it's on the way, you’ll receive tracking info to follow its journey to you.
Where are your products manufactured?
Right here in my workshop! I’m a old man who’s been working with leather for years, and I take great pride in making each case by hand one at a time, with old-fashioned care and attention to detail.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide no matter where you are. It’s my small way of saying thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship.
